Why attend this training course?
This course will review the Stepping On program outline and provide the participants with information relating to falls prevention and community reintegration after stroke. The participant will learn the key elements of the Stepping On after Stroke program and skills in facilitating the groups, as well as resources needed for setting up the group based Stepping On after Stroke programs for stroke survivors in the community.
Who should attend?
Any healthcare professionals who have completed the Stepping On program leader training workshop and are interested in developing and/or facilitating a Stepping On after Stroke program can attend this training.
